We visited this place twice while visiting Victoria. The quality is exceptional and the tea lattes are some of the best we’ve had. I came here thinking it was a one-location type place but I see why it’s so popular with multiple locations. Can’t wait to come back when in town!

I love this Serious Coffee location for a number of reasons. It's a large space with beautiful windows and a cozy second floor area too. It's a great place to meet with friends or get some work done. It's also a very community-oriented business. I've hosted several Meetup social events here, a book club, a knitting group and they're always super accommodating. They're a lovely local business and I'm happy to support them. Coffee's great too!

Popped in on a Sunday afternoon for the coffee dance club. The atmosphere is electric everyone’s up and dancing.. The coffees are great.

Lovely atmosphere and the people who work there are really wonderful! Always pleased with the drinks I order and I 100% recommend their specialty drinks :) Their Salted Caramel Mochas are to die for.

My experience at serious coffee was excellent. I walked in and was instantly greeted, I got the matcha latte, which was super creamy and sweet, my barista was connie who even brought the drinks right to my table. Perfect start to my day!

Not Sure about how the coffee is as I entered the store for taking a delivery for someone but the owners have got a human touch, they work for betterment and they bring a smile on a customer's face. The environment in the cafe is the evidence of it. I am extremely grateful that they offered me a coffee just as a compliment but I didnt accept it as I was more then grateful to them for keeping that human touch with a warm smile :) Thank you :)

I ordered the beef burrito and believe me, it has been the most delicious beef burrito I ever had in 3 years since I moved to Victoria (I am from Mexico). They were really nice not charging me extra when I asked for a small side of salsa. If you have a chance, please go and grabb a beef burrito for breakfast!! Thank you
